This past summer, I had the opportunity to study abroad in Greece and Turkey with the Marketing Department taking Consumer Behavior and Services Marketing.

It was a 3-week program that started on a boat that visited various Greek Islands. The islands we visited include Kos, Rhodes, Symi, Nysiros, and Tilos. Our week in Greece consisted of touring historical places, going to a volcano crater, meeting mayors, and visiting various businesses.

The last two weeks were spent in Bodrum, Turkey. A vibrant beach town filled with rich history, stunning beaches, and lively culture scene. We visited a variety of businesses, ranging from yacht manufacturers to a fish farm. We also visited two resorts—one was a high-end luxury resort, while the other offered a more traditional and casual experience. We had the opportunity to visit a hospital, gaining insight into the healthcare system, and explored the ancient city of Ephesus, known for its well-preserved ruins and rich history.
