During COB 300, a 12-credit integrated course combining Management, Finance, Marketing, and Operations, I collaborated with a team of business majors to develop an Integrated Business Plan. We developed Portable Paws, a hypothetical portable dog bed. I focused on the marketing exhibits, helping develop strategies to bring the product to life and reach the right audience.

Developed an Integrated Marketing Communications Plan for White Oak Lavender Farm, a local winery and farm. Our team focused on creating strategies and deliverables to attract more visitors and increase overall sales. I took the lead on Digital Marketing and Social Media efforts, which were the primary channels I managed throughout the campaign. I was voted MVP by team and won Best Campaign Theme.

In this case study, we analyzed how Godiva could expand its reach and increase market share while maintaining customer loyalty in Belgium. I helped write a detailed case write-up and presented our solution to reposition the brand, setting it apart from competitors to attract a broader audience.

Social Media marketing plan

Developed a targeted social media marketing plan for Aristocat Cafe, a local cat café, aimed at increasing brand awareness, visitor traffic, pet adoptions, and local business partnerships. My contributions included conducting a social media audit, analyzing competitors, defining platform communication goals, building a detailed content calendar, and creating evergreen content for ongoing engagement. I was voted MVP by my team.
