Worked with a team of business majors to create an integrated business plan for Portable Paws, a hypothetical portable dog bed. I focused on the marketing exhibits, helping develop strategies to bring the product to life and reach the right audience.
Developed a marketing plan to help a White Oak Lavender Farm, a local winery & farm increase sales. Created strategies and deliverables to attract more visitors. Voted MVP by my team and won Best Campaign Theme!
In this case study, we analyzed how Godiva could expand its reach and increase market share while maintaining customer loyalty. I helped write a detailed case write-up and presented our solution to reposition the brand, setting it apart from competitors to attract a broader audience.
